Opt-In Method: Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from Georgetown Insurance Agency by either providing verbal confirmation of consent to an authorized Agency representative, or responding affirmatively to an initial SMS message sent by the Agency requesting opt-in confirmation (e.g., replying “YES” to confirm). This consent is used solely for communication between the customer and the Agency and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Opt-out: Customer will be able to Opt-out for SMS messaging from Georgetown Insurance Agency by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START
